About me

My name is Adán and I live in Spain. From the start of my career, I understood that education was more than teaching lessons. What truly shapes children is not only what they learn academically, but also how they feel—about themselves, others, and the world around them.

I have worked in schools in Spain and the UK as a Primary Teacher, Secondary School Counselor, and Spanish/English Teacher. These diverse experiences taught me a universal truth: education is not just about knowledge—it is about connection.

My academic path gave me a strong foundation to develop this vision:

  • B.A. in Elementary Education with a specialization in Foreign Language Teaching (Universidad de Cantabria, 2005)

  • B.A. in Educational Psychology / Psychopedagogy (Universidad de Cantabria, 2007)

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status – equivalent to State Teaching Certification in the US (General Teaching Council for England, 2009)

  • M.A. in International Cooperation and Development (Cátedra Iberoamericana, Universidad de Cantabria, 2010)

  • Certificate in Educational Coaching (Universidad Nebrija, 2023)

Yet, it was everyday life with families that became my greatest teacher. I witnessed how children often reflect their parents’ unresolved struggles, and how daily conflicts reveal deeper emotional needs waiting to be addressed.

This perspective inspired my book “Lo invisible en educación” (2024), where I explore the hidden dimensions of education: emotions, relationships, and the silent lessons that shape us beyond the classroom.

Today, I dedicate my work to supporting parents who feel blocked, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their children. My approach begins with real-life situations—transforming moments of conflict, frustration, or doubt into opportunities for growth. Step by step, I guide families to turn challenges into strengths, building healthier, more authentic, and lasting connections.
